This site serves the property owners of Gold Mountain, California, and is your resource for information about HOA Board meetings, decisions concerning Gold Mountain, and other community activities. Gold Mountain is an environmentally sensitive, gated, golf and recreation community of 401 custom homesites spread over more than 1280 forested acres in Plumas County, California. We are about an hour drive from Reno and Lake Tahoe.
The Gold Mountain Community is served by two organizations, the Homeowners Association and the Community Services District. This website provides information for the Homeowners Association. The Homeowners Association is responsible for snow removal, maintenance of common area, roads, gates, signs and trails. Its Enforcing Documents are the Association's Bylaws, CC&R's and the California Civil Code. The five member volunteer Board is elected by Association members.
