Design Review Committee


About the Design Review Committee

The Design Review Committee is responsible for monitoring the building and landscaping of new homes and additions in Gold Mountain to insure that they conform with the Design Guidelines. Its enforcing documents are the Design Guidelines and the CC&R's. The committee comprises five volunteers who are property owners and have been appointed by the HOA Board.

The Design Review Committee meets the second Wednesday of each month at 2:00 pm in the HOA/CSD office. Please note: preliminary house plans must be received by the DRC at least 17 days before a scheduled meeting (for notification of adjacent property owners). Final house plans must be received by the DRC at least 8 days before a scheduled meeting.
